Since age 16, NFTE has been a transformative force in my life. I first joined as a high school student in 2016, discovering and building skillsets I didn’t even know I had. Through NFTE, I competed in business plan competitions, secured awards, and gained confidence in my business ambitions. This experience ignited my passion for entrepreneurship and introduced me to a network of mentors, friends, and industry professionals who helped shape my path.

Today, I have the incredible honor of leading NFTE programs, bringing my journey full circle as I work to give students the same life-changing opportunities. NFTE doesn’t just teach business—it closes opportunity and skills gaps by equipping young people with critical 21st-century skills. Through our curriculum, industry connections, and pitch competitions, we empower students with the confidence, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset they need to own their futures.
