Join me in supporting the next generation of diverse entrepreneurs!
Dear Friends -
As many of you know, I serve as chair of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) West Advisory Board. I have seen firsthand both in my professional land personal life that entrepreneurship can be a path to economic prosperity and a bright future. NFTE was established to provide youth in underserved communities with access to the confidence, curriculum and connections to learn how to think like an entrepreneur and how to get the support they need to turn their business ideas into a reality. The growth of kids who embrace NFTE's programs is astounding.
- NFTE alumni are 12.5x more likely to start a business than young adults in general.
- 96% of NFTE seniors are on track to graduate high school on time, compared to less than 80% among their peers.
- 1 in 4 NFTE students go on to start a business
How you can help:
- Consider donating $500 to support a single NFTE student for a year
- Consider giving more if you are able - every $2,000 raised is effectively supporting the creation of a new business
I am constantly inspired by the creativity, resilience, and drive of the young people we serve. When you get involved and give to NFTE, you are not just supporting a program, you are creating opportunities for the next generation.
Please join me and make a gift to NFTE today! Please note that I will be personally matching $7,500 of donations to NFTE raised through this campaign!
Thank you!
Gary
