Join me in supporting the next generation of diverse entrepreneurs!
You all know I am committed to giving back. Well, November is National Entrepreneurship Month, and I serve on the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) New England Advisory Board. I know firsthand that developing an entrepreneurial mindset can be a path to economic prosperity and a bright future. I am living proof as a proud NFTE alumnus!
This October, two remarkable students from Providence, Adrian and Evan, won NFTE's National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge with their business Color Your Life, an AI-powered idea that turns personal memories into coloring books to help kids reduce screen time. Their concept wasn't just smart it came from the heart. And they weren't alone. Across the country, students tackled real-world problems with innovation, empathy, and purpose. Every year, NFTE gives these aspiring young entrepreneurs a stage to showcase their brilliance and a pathway to shape their futures.
I am constantly inspired by the creativity, resilience, and drive of the young people we serve. When you get involved and give to NFTE, you are not just supporting a program, you are creating opportunities for the next generation.
